The Republic of Uganda is one the five countries within East African region. Uganda’s efforts to increase land productivity are hampered by tenure insecurity related problems. For more than ten years, Fit for Purpose Land Administration (FFPLA) pilot projects have been implemented in various parts country. now advanced stages developing a country strategy implementing fit purpose approach administration, define interventions, time and cost required transform existing formal (western type) administration system into an that based on FFPLA principles.
